Partner with Mi Hita
Mi Hita partners with brands whose products, ideas, and work thoughtfully support women across different chapters of womanhood.
Partnerships can take many forms, from educational content and experiences to product collaborations, affiliate relationships, photography, and creative storytelling.
I’m especially interested in working with brands I genuinely use, believe in, or find worth introducing to the Mi Hita community.

Understand Your Body
Mira
My curiosity about hormones began while navigating my own fertility challenges and realizing how little I actually understood about what was happening in my body each month. That experience became part of what eventually led me to create Mi Hita.

Years later, I’m still curious. Now I’m paying attention to how my hormone patterns may be changing as I approach perimenopause.
I’ve had hormone blood panels done, and I use Mira too. I think of them as different windows into my body: a blood panel can give me a clinical snapshot at a particular moment, while Mira lets me test at home throughout my cycle and see patterns unfold over time.
Mira tracks LH and FSH along with metabolites of estrogen and progesterone, giving me another way to notice patterns across my cycle and bring more information and better questions into conversations about my health.
For me, that’s really the point: not obsessing over every number, but becoming more curious about my own body and how it changes throughout womanhood.
Care for Your Body
Solaray
Sometimes taking supplements can become its own project. For a while, I ordered many of mine through Fullscript, but inevitably I’d run out of something and realize I didn’t want to wait for another order to arrive.

Solaray became one of the brands I found myself reaching for when I wanted something I could easily pick up at a store near me. I like that it’s accessible without feeling like I’m completely compromising on quality. Solaray has been around for more than 50 years, manufactures the majority of its products in its own facility, and uses an ISO-accredited laboratory to test ingredients and finished products for identity, potency, and contaminants.
