Mi Hita offers workshops, classes, and celebrations tailored for educating the emerging young woman (girls ages 10-18). Offered in a variety of ways both live and virtual. A combination of different topics and activities can be chosen based on interest.
Discover
Emerging young women have the opportunity to discover the monthly phases of womanhood: Follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstrual. They will gain a deeper understanding of physical and emotional wellness and how to use the monthly cycle to empower themselves.
Interwoven
Mi Hita programming is not traditional sexual education however it will include aspects including additional topics woven throughout like hygiene, relationships, and birth control options.
